a crisp and refreshing, light-bodied lager beer. McCoy's traditional euro-domestic style beer. Lightly hopped with German Hallertaur, Spalt, and Czech Saaz; fermented with Swedish lager yeast for an oh so clean finish.

RASPBERRY WHEAT
After primary fermentation, 150 pounds of real raspberries are added to this wheat beer causing a secondary fermentation and distinct rasberry flavor, color and aroma. Voted Best beer in Kansas City by the readers of the Pitch Weekly.

NEWCOMB'S I.P.A.
Hops, hops, and more hops are what make an I.P.A. an I.P.A. Complex aroma balanced with smooth, rich malt. Made with Pale 2-row, Vienna, Carapils, Biscuit and Crystal malts.
Hops are Horizon, Chinook, Cascade, Centennial, German Hallertaur and English Fuggle and East Kent Goldings. Winner of the Bronze Medal in English-style India Pale Ale Category at the 2002 and 2004 Great American Beer Festival.

HOG POUND BROWN ALE
Medium-bodied English-style brown ale with a slightly nutty and sweet flavor. Made with Pale 2-Row malt and imported Crystal, Biscuit, Munich and Chocolate malts. Hops are English Northdown and Fuggle; fermented with our house ale yeast.

THOMPSON'S DRY STOUT
Named after our brewmaster, this black ale has roasted flavor and smooth, rich texture; nitrogen-dispensed for frothy head. Made with Pale 2-Row and imported chocolate and roasted malts. Hops are English Fuggle and East Kent Goldings. Fermented with our house ale yeast.

A Kansas City favorite made with lots of raw and malted wheat for a refreshing, clean flavor and cloudy appearance. Citrus and spicy flavor come from domestic hops which complement a wheaty flavor.

Pilsener - 4.4% abv - This hop forward lager is made with imported Pilsener Malt and Czech Saaz hops. It lagers in our icehouse for three or more months for proper Pils character.
Ginger Shandy - 4.5% abv - This is a light, refreshing beer made with real Ginger and Lemonade to impart an interesting citrusy-lemon aroma and ginger bite.
Maibock 6.8% abv - Golden spring ale to go with May day. This is an amazing bock with the balance of hops and malt to create a simple sweetness.
Peach Wheat 4.5% abv - This is a light, refreshing beer made with peach and our unfiltered wheat. Light, refreshing and perfect to enjoy on our patio or yours. available in growlers to go.
Extra Special Bitter (ESB) - 4.5% abv - A great session beer with a hint of sweet malt and mild hop character. Amber color and medium body.
