Sit down with our party planner Cory, or any manager, to create your own personalized buffet that's uniquely you. Buffet ideas can range from a Brewmaster's Dinner where a hand-crafted beer can be paired with each course to a Mardi Gras theme with optional Zydeco band performing. No matter how basic or elaborate, creating a memorable experience for your occasion is our goal.
